Biography:

Nicole specializes in transactional real estate, focusing primarily on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of residential property. Her practice includes negotiating and drafting real estate purchase agreements, overseeing the closing process, and issuing title insurance.

In addition to her transactional work, Nicole collaborates with the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters, including breaches of contract, landlord-tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), partition actions, construction defect claims, professional negligence issues, and appeals. Her combined experience in transactions and litigation enables her to offer clients comprehensive and strategic guidance to achieve their objectives while mitigating risk.

Nicole is a Treasure Coast native and graduated from Martin County High School. She received a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and was awarded a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where she received the Book Award for outstanding academic achievement in Bioethics.
