Biography:

Jeff handles complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including construction defect cases, real property litigation, contract litigation, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure actions, and claims based on fraud and misrepresentation. He also represents parties in appeals, as well as creditors in bankruptcy matters .

Jeff represents clients in both state and federal courts. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Liberty University in 1985. Mr. Saunders then obtained a Master of Science, cum laude, in 1986 from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Prior to commencing his legal studies, Mr. Saunders gained valuable experience as a proprietor. Jeff was awarded Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. While at Nova Southeastern, he served on the Nova Law Review as both a junior staff member and a senior staff member. Mr. Saunders was a recipient of the Goodwin Academic Scholarship. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff clerked for a firm specializing in the area of medical malpractice.
