Jennifer L. Williamson named to 19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission

Jennifer L. Williamson has been named to the 19 th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission by Gov. Rick Scott. Williamson is a partner at the law firm. She is board certified in real estate and her practice includes corporate law.
“It’s an honor to be selected for such an important public service,” said Williamson, who lives in Okeechobee County. “I will dedicate my time and talents to selecting the best candidates for our circuit court.”
The commission’s nine members nominate individuals to fill vacancies in the 19 th Judicial Circuit, which includes Indian River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Martin counties. The commission interviews applicants and sends names to the governor for final selection.
Williamson’s first term began Sept. 22 and will end July 1, 2015. George W. Bush and Scott W. Konopka were reappointed to the commission for the same time period.
